Zero Sum

An ordinary testing department manager unexpectedly gets promoted to lead Project Icarus. His task is to finalize and bring to market the "Phoenix" algorithm — a system that analyzes user behavior and dynamically raises taxi prices during moments of vulnerability. The more the algorithm learns about customers, the more money it makes. Soon, the protagonist realizes: his promotion isn't a gift from fate. It's a ticket to a world where morality and profit never align. Every decision changes not just the project's fate — but his own.
