The Third Crisis happened only a couple years ago, The organization Peitho has taken over the world and now operates under the guise of the Global Andro Government (GAG). Lead Zoey, a down-on-her-luck merc, along a path of your chosing. Try to piece together a living in the shady underbelly of Neon City, one of the largest population centers in the world under GAG’s control.
